Report: Cosmetic firm Coty to suspend operations in Russia

MOSCOW, Apr 28 (PRIME) -- Cosmetic company Coty plans to suspend operations in Russia in light of the events in Ukraine, Reuters reporter on Thursday.

“CoverGirl owner Coty Inc said on Wednesday it would exit its Russia operations, becoming the latest U.S. company to pull out of the country following Moscow’s (military operation in) Ukraine,” it said.

The company’s portfolio comprises a plenty of luxury and mass-market brands including Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Chloe, Davidoff, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Kylie Skin, Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu è Tiffany & Co, Max Factor, Rimmel.
